A hand-sawed, soldered, hammered, and polished copper frog to cheer up your collarbones. The silhouettes of stars and moths are cut out of the backplate. Due to a fun experimental mishap, this lil amphibian has an interesting, froggy skin texture.
The chain is entirely handmade and consists of hammered and oxidized copper infinity links and double rows of designer fire-polished Czech glass beads in varying shades of copper, turquoise, and iridescent rainbowy green.
On 16" chain with extender. The frog measures about 2"x2".

The copper components have had a protective coating applied. Please note that copper may turn your skin greenish, but it won't harm you and washes off. These pendants have a protective coating to help prevent tarnishing.
Copper tarnishes naturally with exposure to perspiration, humid air, and any type of hair or skin product. Certain people's body chemistry can also speed the tarnishing process. When not being worn, copper jewelry should be stored in an airtight bag or jewelry box.

I work very hard & take extra measures to make sure my jewelry will last for years, even a lifetime. To me, it is more important to create something that is lasting and that my customer can enjoy for years than to just make a quick sale off something that was thrown together.
With that being said, all handmade jewelry is, to a degree, delicate. This means you probably shouldn't shower, swim, or sleep in your jewelry. Partying hard while wearing handmade jewelry can also be a bad idea...;)
As long as you are gentle with your pieces, there should be no reason for them to fall apart. However, if something does happen and you have the broken pieces, contact me and you can mail it back to me for repairs.
If you are displeased with the item you have received, please contact me. Not having read the item description for size and variations, etc, is not an excuse for a refund. Please be accountable. If the fault is mine, however, I will do my best to rectify it.
